Made as wine first, then the alcohol taken out. Dark cherry and blood orange, a little spice, and enough grip to hold its own next to dinner.

Delivery
Australia-wide. Orders leave within two business days, and most arrive three to six days later. Free on six bottles or more, otherwise a flat $12.
Serving
Serve cool, around 14°C, in a proper glass. Once it’s open, keep it in the fridge with the cork in and finish it within three days.
Returns
If a bottle arrives broken or isn’t right, email us a photo within 14 days and we’ll replace it.

How it’s made
Wine first.
Then we take the alcohol out.
It starts as a proper red: picked, fermented and aged on skins. Only then is the alcohol taken out, gently and at low temperature, so the structure stays in the glass.
Nothing is added back to cover the gap. What’s left is the wine.
