Our story
Sometimes you do.Sometimes you don’t.
The idea
Sometimes started at a long lunch in Brisbane. A table full of food, a few bottles open, and a few people who felt like something without the alcohol that day. We wanted a bottle for them too: a proper red, poured into the same glasses, at the same time, that still felt like part of the table.

Made for the whole table.
Everyone at the table gets the same glass, the same pour and the same toast, whether that glass has alcohol in it or not.

Wine first.
It’s made the way a red is made: picked, fermented and aged on skins. Only then is the alcohol gently taken out, so the grip and the fruit stay in the glass.

What we believe
A good table.
Good food, good people and a bottle in the middle. That’s the whole point, and everything else follows from it.
A proper glass.
It deserves a big glass, a decent pour and a place next to dinner, not a can or a straw.
Your call, every time.
Tuesday or Saturday, lunch or late. Some nights it’s this bottle, some nights it isn’t, and both are good nights.
The name
Why Sometimes?
Because that’s how most of us drink now. It changes with the night, the company and the week, and the table should work either way.
